I'm going to suggest that we start putting these meet reminders up two weeks in advance, instead of two days in advance.

So O, make one now for the next meet. That way people see it and know when the meet is. Then continue the process. As soon as one meet passes, put up the reminder for the next one.

Not trying to criticize, just throwing out a suggestion.

Good point. We used to be on top of it, but I think everyone has just had their hands full lately. :(
