1) estimates are MEANINGLESS
2) estimates are (repeat after me) MEANINGLESS
3) (want to take a guess here?)
4) dynos are meaningless too (except when relatively comparing back-to-back pulls on the same dyno in a short time period)
40lb/min should net closer to 400whp, but the car isn't running near enough tune for that.
Perhaps try dropping it back to 10.5/10.0 and running some more ign. advance?
It wont make you 400whp, but it might get you closer than you are now.

3* of knock
Remember that the "3* of knock" is actually the ignition retard necessary for the car to run w/o knocking. I.e. by the time you see the light, the car would be dead if it was going to die.
It doesn't mean that you currently have 9 counts of knock, it basically means that at some point there were 9 counts, and the ECU is taking out 3* of timing as a future guard against it.
If your knock retard is steadily increasing, THEN it's time to get off the gas. If it blips once, then stays at 3*... well, fsck it. Drop the timing back 1* for the next pass to see if that gets you over the "knock-hump" (the point at which the knock started).
Remember: it can take +3* of retard to stop a series of knock-events in-progress, but it can take only 1* of pre-tuned retard to prevent knock from ever occurring in the first place.
