Anybody up for going?

Deigo got his new suspension and MAP, AJ got his MAP, who else?

"O" NEEDS to practice his driving so he can finally start running stock times on his modified car....

So?

I have my MAP, but it isn't installed yet.

I'm not sure if I'm going or not.

So install it already. It takes ~15 minutes if you work about as fast as a snail. It's literally three wires to crimp together and a 8" section of hose to splice in.

I also have my new MAS sensor, I will installe it now, and hopefully will help with my odd airflow readings.
I also need to change the oil and put real oil in my car... right Will??

You still haven't changed the oil!? :wow:

You, sir, have (had?) bigger balls than I. I would have just mixed the synthetic and conventional rather than run that generic 10-40 stuff.

So are you in, or what?

Weather looks pretty good. Humidity probably gonna be a bit high, but not too bad.

It's an electronic air pressure sensor used to log boost in DSMLink.

It was really good. Bunch of fast cars. I could only do 3 passes, but I couldn't beat my time yet, the car is running pretty consistant but I need to keep practicing driving.

1st pass: 12.93@102mph 60' 1.76
2nd pass 12.93@106mph 60' 1.86
3rd pass 13.3 @ 10xmph 60' 1.74 (missed 4th gear)

We could say that a month ago when he went 12.50's

12's are boring now. Time to get some real gas in that pig and shoot for 11's.

And start saving now..... it's getting close to "new snail time".

Do you even know which GT35 it is?

If it's the one I think it is (and given your earlier description to me, I'm 99.9% sure) Joes dead 16g (while dead) would give it a good run for its money.

Not all GT35's are created alike.

Sorry to burst your bubble. :(

Thanks, I'm pretty happy with the way the car is performing with my little 16g. I can not wait to get something bigger and probably shoot for some mid - low 11.

It's not trapping enough speed to run 11's on pump gas. Race gas might help, but thats gonna be only for the record, cause for me it will still be a 12 sec pump gas.

Dude, who gives a shit what gas it is. The point is to see how far you can take the setup. You know, "max it out"?

The 16g record is 9's O. You should know that...

If I put race gas in my car is the same as adding something else to my set-up. The same as if I were add nitrous. Of course the car will go faster but that is not my set-up.
At any rate the fuel tank is almost empty, so i should be ready to use race gas next Wednesday .
And i think O might be talking about the record of a 16g on pump gas and no nitrous.

Yea, so 11's at least.

Deigo, you already got your mid 12's on piss gas. Put in some real shit and post some fast numbers already. :-P

Also, I don't know that I'll be able to make it out Wednesday -- I may be doing a home inspection on my new place. I'll know more later today.

I won't be there. Nothing new added, so nothing new to shoot for.

If anything I need to boost leak test. I know Mike does too. We need to set up a boost leak test day sometime soon.
