This Wednesday 10/07 it's gonna be the first day at the track for me, and I would like to see more than one DSM out there.
Come on guys, I mean every time I go to the track it's just us Will and me, let's make it bigger this time. I know that right now there are more cars running that has ever been, so no excuses this time.

Yes, there are cars running. That doesn't mean that they are running well enough to make WOT passes down the track. I'd go.... if I really felt like making a 17-second pass.

Even if you people can not race due to problems on the cars, just come so we can have a nice hang out.

He's right, I'm not racing my car again until I have my W/B,
and fuel issues worked out(Taking no chances this time).

Personally I'm tired of guess-timating. But that still won't stop
me from coming out and having a good time....

Well, I guess if the drive out there, and the "$2-less-than-racers" spectator fee is worth it to you guys, go for it... It just isn't to me.

So if Moros turns out to be a complete success
Will it be worth the ride then?

So O, bring out the beater and make some runs in it. Why do you think I always send the truck down the track? Yea, it's slow, but at least I'm getting my drives worth.

Nah, that's ok....

I have two running cars and I'm trying to get through school
and work with. So I think I'll count my blessing and watch your
slow truck go down the track.... :P

If I knew what the hell you were talking about, then yeah. But since I have no idea what the hell you meant, I'll wait until you explain.

You bought up about how great it's going to be now that moroso is
being completly re-done. And of course we all know the prices
are going to go up. And you had no problem with it

And I said it's still an long drive and everybody jumped
on my ass. Now all of a sudden it's "not worth it"

So how is all of that relevant to me not wanting to go up there to pay what I would to race, to just sit around and watch?

Yes, of course once Moroso is redone it will be worth the extra money, and the drive, to RACE. I never said it wasn't worth the money or the drive to race. I said it wasn't worth it to drive out there and pay to watch. And it definitely isn't worth it to drive out there and pay to race when I don't have a second gear. By the time Moroso is redone, my car will long since have been repaired and in full racing order.

Sounds like an excuse, more money to go race now and in the future.

the rest of this thread...

Prices are going up? Where did you hear that from?

Last I spoke to the folks over there they said they expected test and tune prices to remain the same, that was like a month ago though, so...

"O" you need to grow up everytime someone says they cant come even tell you why they dont wanna come you say some stupid ass comment and try to make that person feel like shit or something. Mature yourself and if people dont feel like going big fuckin deal its not an obligation. Sorry but I have to let you know what I think about these stupid ass comments.

Will, you know what I'm talking about. :D

But I have to say, if the weather tomorrow night is going to be anything like the weather tonight, I may have to go and make some runs. Broken second gear and all.

Well fuck, one thing is if you have an obligation towards something
else(ie, school or work). But when you say shit like it's not worth it
or come up with an excuse that don't make sense. I'm going
to take some offense to it, we've done alot things together.
And all of sudden nobody wants to do shit anymore.

20g, you went out of your way to set up a poker game and
nobody showed up. And I know you talked to a few people,
who gave you their share of bullshit(not refering to anyone in
particular). How did that make you feel? and I personally still
hope we can get a game going at your place.

Also, it's not my intention to make people feel bad, it
just sucks when someone tries to get the club together
and it just ends up being a big waste. I know
Diego wants to see more of us at the track because it
makes it more fun......

Excuses that don't make sense? I'm not making excuses, and I'm pretty sure my logic makes sense. If it doesn't to you, then I'm sorry.

The drive to Moroso, and the price, is worth it if you're going to race. Not if you're going just to watch.

That's as simple as I can put it. That isn't an excuse. That's the way I feel about the situation. I don't care if you don't feel the same way, but then don't tell me I'm making excuses that don't make sense. Asshole.

Dam, no need to get personal
You don't want to come, don't come. I never said I didn't
agree with you, AJ. I've always felt that the ride up
there alone isn't worth it. But I care about all you guys
and I want to support everybody in any way I can. So
that how I feel about it, I hope you can atleast understand
that. And your not an asshole or an idiot if you don't
understand....

You may not be an asshole OR an idiot simply for not understanding, but it does mean that you're probably an asshole AND an idiot.

Well, another track day has been postponed for me.... Felling a bit "under the weather" today..... had to leave class early cause I had explosive diarehha hahahaha. Sometimes having a fast car is a good thing  Everyone in my family is sick right now, except my mom, and a ton of people at work are too.

Next track day, I promise to be the first one there, waiting in line. Take some pics/vids tonight!
