It's not "whippasshhhh" - we only have one car for us to both use, and I need it to run errands during the day on the weekends.

I'll have to see on getting the car there. I'm not 100% confident in driving it yet. The muffler won't be here until monday, and I have some odds and ends I really want to get wrapped up first.

Those are extensions/additions to the existing statues, yes; however they don't appear to have changed any wording (so far) which would have an impact in the "case-law" which was established by the FL Ct (citing ambiguity and vagueness within the statute).

Also, I did more digging on it, and it turns out the case wasn't heard by the Supreme court (my apologies for the misinformation); the law was termed "unconstitutional" by the 4th district court of appeals. About 6 months later, the 1st district court of appeals ruled that it was constitutional due to interpretation of the statute as a whole (not line by line as the 4th district had done).

As such, this legislation and the case law behind it is a very slippery slope. Perhaps we'll hear from the FL Supreme court on the matter after all (I'm sure in time it will be heard given the differing opinions of the two district courts).
